Dean has spent over a decade helping people push their limits and achieve incredible results. His journey began with 10 years in the Royal Marines Commandos, including 6 years as a Physical Training Instructor, where he trained recruits for commando and special forces training. Since then, he has worked with a wide range of clients, from high-level athletes to royalty, as well as individuals looking to build strength, resilience, and confidence.

With expertise spanning bodybuilding, long-distance endurance events, Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit aerobic capacity, and gymnastics, Dean focuses on creating tailored programs that meet each client’s unique goals. His approach combines proven, evidence-based methods with a supportive and motivating style to help clients reach their full potential.

Having worked in gyms across London, Australia, and Saudi Arabia, Dean brings a wealth of experience and a down-to-earth attitude to his coaching. Whether the goal is improved performance, greater strength, or better overall fitness, Dean is dedicated to guiding his clients every step of the way.
