How do I book a class?

To book into a class all you need to do is arrive 5-10 minutes before the class of your choice and book in
with our epic front desk crew!

How much is a drop in?

An open gym drop in is 200k for a day pass & a class based drop in is 275k. To find out more about our

I don’t have any notable CrossFit or Fitness experience as a whole, can I still attend a class?

Of course! We welcome and encourage any fitness ability into Bambu! Our coaches are highly trained and
can support in scaling any workout and guiding you through new movements during a class! If you are
feeling a little nervous and would like to work on getting your confidence up before joining a class, we
would recommend a 1:1 PT session! You can book in for one here.

Can I still continue following your programming after I leave Bambu/Bali?

One of our favourite questions & the answer is YES! We utilize WanderFit The Program for all our
programming, and you can get your hands on one month free if you’ve been training with us! We work on
a 6 week training cycle & cover a variation of modalities and workouts!

I’m a Vegan, can I eat at your Cafe?

Our Cafe menu is not only diverse, but also allows you to build meals that are both nutritious and
delicious, so no matter you dietary requirements, we’ll have something for you.

I’m visiting & want to train at your gym, do you have any recommendations on where to stay?

We’re based in the bustling Bingin, a short walk away from the beach and surrounded by an array of epic
guest houses, hotels & boutique villas! We have written a little blog on some of our go to
recommendations, which you can read here, however, as long as you narrow your search down to ‘Bingin’
you should find something a short scooter ride or walk!
